Fargo Forest Garden

Located at the Corner of NE Fargo and N Williams Avenue.
Fargo Forest Garden was depaved in 2008 and planting began Spring of 2009. This garden is a great urban runoff demo project with it’s rainwater containment system and flood detail. Permaculture principles are exemplified in the plantings of numerous fruit trees, berry shrubs and perennial vegetable guilds. An Audubon back yard bird habitat, this garden is perfect for wandering, sitting and reading, drawing and painting as well as bird watching. Most work involves keeping the garden looking nice for visitors and some planting and pruning. Non-intensive planting, intensive infra-structure work on occasion.
